All services provided by Consent LLC in connection therewith shall be referred to collectively as, the "Services". All visitors to our Site, registered or not, are "users" of the Services for purposes of this Agreement. Users agree that Consent LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, revision, suspension or discontinuance of any of the Services. This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement currently in existence with Consent LLC for products, services or otherwise.We reserve the right to cease offering any of the Services with or without notice to users.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Consent LLC reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Removal of links from website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly.

Removal of information

While we do not and cannot review and or validate every message on live chat, or other material posted or sent by users, and while we are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, including without limitation of profiles, public postings and messages that we, in our sole discretion, deem as unacceptable.

Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The amount received upon the debiting of your card shall be
treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the materials have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the amount paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Colour variation

We use natural materials to make our products which may cause variation in the grain, texture and colour. Every effort is made to produce products to the specifications originally requested.

Cancellation

Cancellation of stock orders can be accepted up to 24 hours from online receipt. In the event of cancellation within 14 days a full refund will be provided via the method paid. We aim to deliver stock items within 72 hours of online order receipt. Where items are ordered but out of stock, a delivery program will be provided upon order receipt.

Delivery / exchange policy

Dispatch of stock items will be within maximum 72 hours. A delivery estimate of non-stock items will be provided upon order receipt. Once the materials are produced there shall be no refund. Products once delivered, will not be taken back or exchanged.

Shipping / delivery charges policy

Our default shipping method is Ex-factory.

Customers requiring delivery to door step, please send an email to support@consentonline.shop with your order confirmation email and location details. Our customer support team will contact you with your delivery charges.

Sample

Sample tiles can be provided for colour & finish reference. Courier charges to be borne by customer. Due to natural variation in raw materials, there will be slight variation in the actual products in comparison to the sample.

Disclaimer

Assurance of product quality is applicable where products have been correctly selected & installed considering the usage it is subjected to.

Variation in colour consistency of the blocks can be caused by unavoidable variation in shade & properties of raw materials & by variation in hardening & are not considered significant.

Providing discounted materials is at the sole discretion of Consent LLC.
